Being only 27 years old at the time of her death, she now joins the infamous 27 Club.

Substance Abuse and Mental Health Issues:
eating disorder, paparazzis, relationship issues, heroin, ecstasy, crack, cocaine, ketamine, and alcohol.

The singer’s father also reported that doctors have warned Winehouse that, if she continued smoking crack cocaine, she would have to wear an oxygen mask and would eventually die.
